This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how the site is used, we may use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, which reports aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring websites, browser type and approximate country. It is not used to identify individual visitors. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.

Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

Forms

Expressions of Interest and registrations are collected through Google Forms. When you complete a form, the information you provide (for example names, contact details, institution, programme of study and arbitration experience) is collected by Google on our behalf and is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.

The registration fee is paid by UPI within the registration form. Payments are processed by your UPI app and bank, and we receive only the information needed to confirm your payment.

Email and WhatsApp

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your message and contact details and use them to respond.

How we use information

We use personal information to consider eligibility and Expressions of Interest, extend invitations, register teams, organise and run the competition, issue certificates and awards, and communicate with participants. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to run ArbCI, for example with service providers who help us operate the competition, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for these purposes, or as required by law.
